just wondering if anyone else thinks Andy Parsons from Mock the Week is not that funny i mean hes ok i think its more about his delivery then his material as such i mean on mock the week hes always overshadowed especially by the other regular panelists Russell Howard and Frankie Boyle who i think are hilarious

I love Andy.

Then again, I love all of them. I'll argue that it's justifiable, though, as they're all so different.

hmmm, hes ok. nothing special.

im not keen on frankie though, I saw him at Edinburgh and his show didnt really have a logical flow, it was just like someone has chopped together all his remarks from mock the week.

i couldnt see Russel h grrr!

bad luck on not being able to see Russell from what ive seen on various stand up shows on paramount he looks like hed be brilliant live, shame about Frankie as well cause i love him on mock the week but if the show had no real structure i can see how it could be quite frustrating.

If you wanna see Russel Howard, come to Bath, he lives there and does loads of small (cheap) gigs!!

Quite agree. I saw him last year and they were my thoughts exactly. Though his remark about Britain's two favourite hobbies (queueing and moaning) has stuck with me ever since. Possibly only cos there's an element of truth to it...

I think Andy is probably the best regular panelist on Mock The Week, but Dara O' Briain is excellent. I don't find him that funny on Mock The Week, though, he works better as a stand-up. I was lucky enough to see him at the Fringe last year and I have his DVD, which is great too. But yeah, Andy Parsons is, IMHO, the funniest on Mock The Week.

i saw andy parsons a few months back & thought he was excellent although he was a bit political which isn't really my bag. First half was great but the second half was even better! saw frankie boyle last year & was really disapointed. the warm up man went overboard about not taking pics & you cant go to the loo once he starts, made him sound like a proper diva! on stage he just came across like he couldn't be arsed & tried to bully the audience, shame really coz i think he's brilliant on MTW.
